- Size and location of your home – Depending on where you live, your cost could include state or local taxes. We use the details that you provide when you request a quote to inform you of your full plan costs upfront.
- Plan type – The home warranty plan you select factors into the cost. We offer three plan options, so you simply need to choose the plan that best meets your home’s needs.
- Service Fee – You will pay a Service Fee each time you place a service request. It’s the standard cost that covers the time your repair Pro spends assessing the issue and figuring out how to fix it. You get to choose your Service Fee amount when your purchase your home warranty plan.
