Guest Unit warranty coverage

Yes, our members can extend their coverage to guest units that are 750 square feet or less. Should you choose to add coverage for your guest unit, it provides the same coverage as the home warranty plan you selected for your main home. 

Guest unit coverage runs concurrently with your annual home warranty plan, so when your home warranty plan expires, the guest unit coverage does too.

You can add guest unit coverage for 750 square feet or less when you purchase your home warranty plan, within the first 60 days of membership, or when you renew your plan.

You can place your first service request once your coverage begins on the day of closing. Service requests can easily be placed 24/7 online via MyAccount or by calling 1-888-691-2854 during standard business hours to request service.
