A HelloTech tech will assess the installation area, install the smart door lock, connect the lock to an existing WiFi network, complete the first-time setup, download the mobile app to your device of choice and ensure it is synced, and demonstrate the commonly used features. Please note that a functioning, customer-supplied smart door lock and WiFi connection are required at the time of installation.
