You can download the AHS app in the App Store or Google Play. If you’re currently an American Home Shield member, you can use the email and password associated with your AHS MyAccount to log in to the app. You’ll then be prompted to add the property associated your account and can take advantage of the features in the app. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot password” on the log in screen of the app. If you aren’t currently an American Home Shield member, you’ll need to purchase a home warranty plan to access the app.

You can easily update your payment information by selecting "Account" in the top right menu of the app and then clicking on "Wallet" to view your stored payment methods and add a new one. If you have selected the monthly payment option, you are required to keep a payment method on file.

Yes, you can easily place and track a service request in the app 24/7. To place a service request simply navigate to the "Service" button in the bottom navigation bar of the app and select "Start a New Service Request.” You can then select the covered item that you’re having an issue with and provide the details of the issue or breakdown. Once you submit your service request, you can then track it from the Pro assignment to completion.

If you're an existing American Home Shield member, you can use the email address and password associated with your AHS MyAccount to log in to the app. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot password” on the log in screen of the app and entering the email address associated with your account.

If you receive an error in the app, you can chat with our customer service team through the chat feature, which can be found under the “Help” section in the navigation menu.
