One measurement of quality that we use is our customer satisfaction survey program. Customer surveys provide American Home Shield with the customer's opinion of how the entire interaction with American Home Shield and the service contractor was handled. The American Home Shield contractor network is motivated to perform well and earn high marks from our customers - their performance in the customers' homes determines how much work they receive from American Home Shield and whether or not they qualify for a quality bonus payment each year.
